Another young girl begging
We continued our Sunday talk and about a couple of minutes later, another young girl came by to ask for a donation. I was stunt! On the other side of the table, there was another girl also doing the same thing. I was really shocked to see so many girls begging here! Its like they are having a frenzy in the coffee shop. As for the girl that was currently at my table, I instantly decline her as i suspect something was not right. I just feel that there is a syndicate using these girls for personal gain. What bothers me the most is where are their parents? Why isn't the department of welfare do anything about this issue?! Where are the people that are suppose to handle this type of matter?! I can safely conclude that there were 3 young little girls in every ten minutes in average based on my observation.
I felt that I was somehow scammed and didn't like the feeling at all. At the same time, I also feel pity for the girls. Why would people would take advantage of these innocent little girls. If these girls were on their own, I don't think they have the ability to learn such things at that age. They are just too fragile.
Come to think critically, these people had taught these young little girls how to beg by exhibiting pitifulness or Ad Populum appeal to pity. They present us what most us will be moved by in order to get money from us. I even ask the little girl if she wants to eat but she refuses. she only wants money. If what I am thinking is that is there is a syndicate for this, then someone should do something about this.
